1. Be Positive: Know that your current situation is not the end. It is merely a stepping stone to your next. Look at it as an opportunity to learn and grow. Speak over your life, and encourage yourself. Say it with me “This is not my final destination, this is simply a part of the process. I will come out victoriously, and will encourage others along the way”. And if you find it nearly impossible to maintain a positive mindset, then Click here for tips on how to maintain a positive attitude!
2. Be Patient: Trust the process. Whether you are seeking to change careers, or begin a new fitness journey… stay the course! Remember that this is not a sprint, but rather a marathon. Forget about comparing your journey to others. Pace yourself, track your own progress, and journal your thoughts along the way. It will make the journey more pleasurable and meaningful. And you will be able to look back and celebrate how far you’ve come. Remember, with each passing day you, are that much closer to your destiny!
3. Be Persistent: Stay focused, keep grinding and never give up on your dreams. WRITE down the vision for your life, and PURSUE it with all you’ve got! By definition, to be persistent is to “continue firmly or obstinately in a course of action in spite of difficulty or opposition” (Google that). So keep pushing! It won’t always be easy, and there will be opposition, but in the end it will all be worth it! Don’t give up on you!
