How I Style My Daughter’s Hair | Easy Individual Twists #Protectivestyles

Hey! So, you all know I’m on a journey back to Health and Wholeness with my hair and today I’m sharing how I extend that same level of care and attention to my little lady and her hair!

I’m often asked what I do and what products I use for my daughter’s hair, and I actually decided to record the process. Well, most of it. Watch the video and you’ll see how my other LO tried me! lol ENJOY!

Did y’all see little miss with that spin at the end! lol I love it!!

Okay, so let’s get into the products!

I know Mielle has been getting a lot of heat over the years, but this leave in works great on my daughter’s hair. Now, admittedly I told myself I would start using another product once this one runs out, but I always want to keep it 100% and show exactly what I use.

The mousse I used is an excellent styling product. I love it for my daughter’s hair and my own! This is my second bottle. It has a great hold, and has a leave-in in it! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

In a recent post, I shared the 5 Must Have item for a Healthy Hair Journey, and those satin scrunchies I mentioned don’t miss! If you don’t do anything else… PLEASE stop using regular scrunchies and hair ties on your babies’ hair, and switch to silk. They are worth it!

The product I used to seal the ends was a wild card. I’d run out of jojoba oil, so I grabbed what I had on hand. I want to be clear, I have only ever used this product to seal my ends and seal in moisture. I do not consider this a “styling product”.

This was a fun one and I am so excited to share even more with you all! Thanks for tuning in. Be sure you comment, like, and most importantly SHARE with someone who needs this for their little one!

xx
